What is the daily cash withdrawal limit at teller windows?

Our policy is to limit cash withdrawals and check cashing to a maximum of $2,000 per member per visit. If you require more than $2,000 in cash, we request that you arrange with a teller or account representative one business day in advance.

What is your policy on check holds?

Any deposit item may be subject to a hold. If a check is put on hold, our standard holds are:

Local checks 2 business day hold
Non-local checks 5 business day hold

Checks received on new accounts may be subject to a 5 business day hold. We will consider the check local if it clears through our local Federal Reserve branch and non-local if it clears outside of our local Federal Reserve branch.

What is your policy on ATM deposit holds?

We are placing a two-day hold on some deposits at UMCU-owned ATMs and a five-day hold on some deposits at non-UMCU owned ATMs.

What is the daily cash withdrawal limit at your ATMs?

The daily limit at ATMs is $500.
