UM Gilbert & Sullivan Society's production of Patience, or Bunthorne's Bride

Two rival poets attract the attention of the young ladies of a village, who had previously been engaged to the members of a cavalry regiment. The poets are both in love with the Patience, the village milkmaid. Patience detests one poet, but feels it is her duty to avoid the one she loves. Complications and hilarity ensue.
