e-Statement and e-Notices
e-Statement
e-Statement is the fastest and most convenient way to receive your monthly account statement. You no longer have to wait for the mail or worry about it becoming lost or misdirected. With Internet access and a few simple clicks, you have control of when and where to receive your statements. How does e-Statement work?
When your e-Statement is ready each month, we will send you an email letting you know
that it's available. Simply
go to umcu.org and log into MemberNet. You can access your
statement as many times as you like (for up to sixteen months) or you can
print a permanent copy for your records.
To view your statement electronically, you will need:
- Internet access
- An e-mail address
- An attached printer (if you want to print it)
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (to view your statement)
e-Notices
UMCU is making it easier than ever to receive important information on your account. If you are enrolled in e-Statement, you will be automatically enrolled in our free service called e-Notice. An e-Notice is an electronic copy of regular mailed notices made available through MemberNet online banking. e-Notices offers immediate secure access to your important notices (such as non-sufficient funds, late payment, Visa over-limit and other important notifications) much faster than mailed notices.
When an e-Notice is posted to your account, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your notice(s) is available for viewing through our secure online banking system MemberNet. Simply log-in to MemberNet and view your e-Notice. This is just one more way that UMCU is working hard to guarantee that you receive your important account information quickly and easily.
Enrollment is easy and free!
