CENTRALIZED UNDERWRITING DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Summary
Directs and
coordinates activities of employees engaged in consumer lending
underwriting (consumer loans, credit card, student loans, etc.) to
ensure that the underwriting operation is conducted in accordance
with established policies and procedures by performing the following
duties personally or through subordinates. Coordinates with
frontline management and staff to ensure efficiency in service and
lending operations.
MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Summary
Provides member
service in person, by telephone, email and fax. Investigates
member inquiries concerning fraud, delinquency and account
errors. Gives account history and provides efficient loan
account services information to members. Requires a thorough
knowledge of Symitar and all credit union operations, policies,
products and services.
ONBOARDING TRAINING SPECIALIST
Summary
Develops, presents, and updates
employee training programs and promotes a fun, positive learning
experience. Participates in the recruiting, interviewing, selection
process, and welcoming of potential new and existing employees. Assists with creation and
maintenance of the credit union orientation and training program.
PROGRAMMER
Summary
Responsible for planning, developing, testing and
documenting computer programs utilizing programming lifecycle
management practices. Works with credit union staff to develop
programs to provide expedited processes through automation and
accuracy through validation. Primary programming development to be
performed using the credit union’s core financial system providers
proprietary software package.
SECURE LENDING CLERK
Summary
Responsible
for maintaining files and tracking mortgage and home equity loan
documents and property taxes. Also responsible for updating various
monthly reports, tracking lien placements, purging vault files, vault
filing, loan denial maintenance and pulling files for Risk Management.
Serves as receptionist for the Secured Lending Department and as back up
for the Administrative Services Assistant and Indirect Lending.
TELLER
Summary
Responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, loan
transactions, and data changes. Operates computer terminal and
balances cash drawer daily. Processes member requests regarding
various Member Service functions. Responds to inquires about Credit
Union policies and procedures.
